What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% service fee. Cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in a 100% service charge.
Do you offer on-call or same-day service?
While we do welcome same-day appointment requests, we strongly recommend that appointments be made 1-2 weeks in advance as same-day availability may be unlikely. On-call bookings and appointments fulfilled outside of 9a-9p are subject to convenience fees.
Can you travel to any hotel/casino on the Las Vegas Strip?
The only hotel/casino we do not perform outcall to is the Wynn & Encore property.
Do you have a location I can come to?
No, we are 100% mobile!
Do you offer any add-on services?
Different therapists may offer different compliementary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Cupping, Stones, CBD, or Dry brushing, for example. If you are desiring a specific add-on service with your session, please inquire about this possibility when you submit your intake form.
Do you perform sensual massages?
No, we do not! We have a zero tolerance policy regarding sensual and sexual forms of massage. 702 Bodywork insists that all therapist-client interactions be treated with mutual professionalism and respect.
Why do you require a credit card?
We require a credit card in case of cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please see cancellation policy above.
